Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Twin Cities Church (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy.


When you visit our website www.twincities.church, mobile application, and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we describe our privacy policy. We seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it and what rights you have in relation to it. If there are any terms in this privacy policy that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Sites or Apps and our services.


This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our website (such as www.twincities.church, live.twincities.church), mobile application, (“Apps”), and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (we refer to them collectively in this privacy policy as the “Sites”).


What We Collect and How We Use It

How Do We Use Your Information?

We collect your information to support your participation, deliver requested content, to note your preferences, and to keep you informed about events, related resources, and spiritual development opportunities. You may opt out of electronically delivered communication at any time by using the unsubscribe feature for that service. You may decline to submit personal information to any of our services, in which case we may not be able to provide those services to you.


Your email address and phone number is occasionally used for Twin Cities Church communications you’ve opted-in to receive including but not limited to email, SMS, MMS, text message or other reasonable means now known or later developed. We never sell, share, or spam your personal information.


How Do We Share Your Information?

Twin Cities Church does not share your personal information with other institutions outside of Twin Cities Church. However, Twin Cities Church may share your personal information if we have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable Terms Of Service, including investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Twin Cities Church, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

These steps may include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. We restrict access to personal information to Twin Cities Church employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information to operate, develop or improve our services. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations. Twin Cities Church is not responsible, however, if unauthorized access to information occurs.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.

Twin Cities Church periodically reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. If we receive a formal written complaint regarding a privacy issue, it is our policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Twin Cities Church and an individual.
