Pastor Ron & Kim Thompson joined with six families to help start Twin Cities Church in 1992. They shared a dream to reach people in Western Nevada County who hadn't yet found church to be a safe, authentic, or comfortable experience. The vision was that people could come and discover the love Jesus has for them, and then take steps to follow Him no matter where they'd been in life.
Many lives eternally changed and 32 years later, Twin Cities Church is a dynamic part of the community and is known for its service to others and for being a place where people can discover and walk with Jesus. Pastor Ron and Kim retired after leading TCC with a steady love and integrity that has helped our church to become the vibrant community it is today.
