Lake Valley Reservoir

Directions: Get to Interstate 80 either via Highway 20 or Highway 174. Exit at Yuba Gap. Head south until you get to Lake Valley Road and turn right at that intersection. After one mile, make a left at the intersection onto Forest Road 19. This dirt road takes you to the Silver Tip Picnic Area and Boat Launch for Lake Valley Reservoir.

What:

Join us for a great time on the lake! We will arrive at Lake Valley Reservoir (near Yuba Gap off Interstate 80) at 10:00am. Meet us in the day use parking lot. Be sure to bring $10 cash for the day use fee. We will unload our kayaks and head out onto the lake for some fun. On our voyage we will stop to have a picnic lunch together so bring your lunch with you! Open to men, women, and older children/youth.
