LiNC - Spring Serve!

Looking for a wonderful opportunity to serve our community? Join hundreds of others at the upcoming LiNC event in May! Just review the project list & sign up below!

Project List:

• Habitat for Humanity Warehouse:  Organizing warehouse, assembling furniture, cleaning incoming items, sweeping, dusting, spiffing up the place.

• Union Hill Elementary School: Install basketball hoops, assemble picnic tables, add fence for sitting area, refinish the Bear sculpture.

• Anew Day: Sprucing up the client bathroom, install light/vent in bathroom, paint a small room and install shelving.

• Interfaith Food Ministry (IFM): Build two outdoor sheds, turn an ornamental garden into a vegetable/herb garden, general landscaping work.

• Bear Yuba Land Trust “Boy Scout Trail” (behind TCC): Trail maintenance- trimming bushes and trees, clearing and raking trails, trash removal.

• Nevada City Schools:  Helping with various site projects (more details to follow).

• Gold Country Senior Center: Delivering emergency meal kits to seniors.

• Senior Appreciation Project: Assembling BINGO prize packages, writing cards for nursing homes.

• Homeless Resource Bags: Assembling bags of necessities and resources for distribution to the Homeless.
